Contribution for adults for a dermatoscopic examination. The receipt must state that it is a dermatoscopic examination. Digital dermatoscopy is also eligible.

Contribution for a comprehensive oncology preventive check-up including consultation, blood draws, ECG, laboratory tests (complete blood count, tumor markers CEA, CA 19-9, PSA/CA 125), fecal occult blood test, abdominal ultrasound, and chest X-ray.

Prostate cancer screening

Prostate cancer screening program for men aged 50–69, including a PSA blood test performed by the general practitioner. If PSA exceeds 3 µg/L, the patient is referred to a certified outpatient urology facility and possibly further examinations (MRI, biopsy).

Contribution for a mammography examination for women aged 40–44 (once every 2 years) or a breast ultrasound examination for women from age 35. Part of the ZP MV ČR oncology prevention program.

Contribution for a preventive examination using LBC (liquid-based cytology) or testing for high-risk HPV types in a cervical smear. Intended for women outside of ages 35, 45 and 55, when the HPV test is covered by public health insurance.

HPV vaccination — contribution up to CZK 1,500

Contribution for HPV vaccination for policyholders from age 15 who are not eligible for public-health-insurance coverage of the vaccination. CZK 1,500 contribution toward the purchase and administration of the vaccine.
