Comprehensive oncology prevention — up to CZK 2,000
Contribution for a comprehensive oncology preventive check-up including consultation, blood draws, ECG, laboratory tests (complete blood count, tumor markers CEA, CA 19-9, PSA/CA 125), fecal occult blood test, abdominal ultrasound, and chest X-ray.
Eligibility conditions
- Valid preventive check-up with a general practitioner (not older than 2 years)
- No outstanding insurance debt
- Participation in screening programs appropriate to age and sex
Jak čerpat
- Undergo the comprehensive oncology check-up at a Comprehensive Cancer Center (KOC) per the ZP MV ČR list.
- Request the contribution electronically via the e-komunikace portal.
