Breast cancer prevention (mammography/ultrasound) — up to CZK 500
Contribution for a mammography examination for women aged 40–44 (once every 2 years) or a breast ultrasound examination for women from age 35. Part of the ZP MV ČR oncology prevention program.
Eligibility conditions
- Valid preventive check-up with a general practitioner (not older than 2 years)
- No outstanding insurance debt
- Participation in screening programs appropriate to age and sex
Jak čerpat
- Undergo a mammography or breast ultrasound examination.
- Request the contribution electronically or at a ZP MV ČR client center.
