Support for screening examinations — contribution for outpatient rehabilitation
A contribution for outpatient rehabilitation can be claimed after verifying completion of at least one of the listed screening examinations since 1 January 2026 (subject to program conditions).
Eligibility conditions
- Valid preventive check-up with a general practitioner (not older than 2 years)
- No outstanding insurance debt
- Participation in screening programs appropriate to age and sex
Jak čerpat
- Complete at least one of the listed screenings (per the program) — the health insurer verifies participation.
- Pay for the rehabilitation and request reimbursement per the program rules.
