Digital dermatoscope examination (as part of modern diagnostic and treatment methods) — up to CZK 2,000
The contribution for a digital dermatoscope examination is part of the "Modern Diagnostic and Treatment Methods" program. Approval by the insurer's reviewing physician is required.
Program for detecting tumors in the abdominal cavity and kidneys — ultrasound once a year
The program is intended primarily for policyholders with a positive family history of cancer or at risk of such disease. Policyholders can contact their general practitioner for a preventive ultrasound examination of the upper and lower abdomen, once a year. The program page does not state a maximum contribution amount.
Breast cancer prevention (mammography) — up to CZK 1,000 (women aged 35–45)
Mammography examination for women whose age does not fall within the nationwide mammography screening covered by public health insurance. The examination is performed at accredited facilities (list on mamo.cz).
Breast cancer prevention (ultrasound) — up to CZK 800 (women aged 25–45)
Breast ultrasound examination for women who do not meet the conditions for reimbursement from public health insurance. Examination by own request with a recommendation from the attending physician; facility from the list on mamo.cz.
Colorectal cancer prevention — program once a year (ages 30–45)
A program for policyholders not covered by the fecal occult blood test within the preventive check-up; for more information, policyholders should contact their general practitioner. The program states a frequency of once a year, but the program page does not list a maximum contribution amount.
HPV vaccination after conization — up to CZK 4,000 (women under 45)
Contribution for HPV vaccination for women under 45 vaccinated within 6 months after conization of the cervix for a precancerous lesion. The contribution is provided after completion of the vaccination schedule in 2026 and after approval by the ZPŠ reviewing physician.
HPV vaccination — up to CZK 4,000 (teens aged 15–18)
Contribution for HPV vaccination for girls and boys aged 15 to 18 after completing the vaccination schedule.
