Breast cancer prevention (ultrasound) — up to CZK 800 (women aged 25–45)
Breast ultrasound examination for women who do not meet the conditions for reimbursement from public health insurance. Examination by own request with a recommendation from the attending physician; facility from the list on mamo.cz.
Eligibility conditions
- Valid preventive check-up with a general practitioner (no older than 2 years)
- No outstanding insurance debt
Jak čerpat
- Undergo the ultrasound examination at an authorized facility (per mamo.cz) with a doctor's recommendation.
- Complete and sign the application, attach the proof of payment, and send it per ZPŠ rules.
