The contribution for a digital dermatoscope examination is part of the "Modern Diagnostic and Treatment Methods" program. Approval by the insurer's reviewing physician is required.

Digital dermatoscopy is an examination at a provider; an application and proof of payment are required for reimbursement. Digital tools/technologies do not replace examination by a doctor; in case of suspicious findings, consult a dermatologist or general practitioner.

Jak čerpat

  1. Complete and personally sign the application for the contribution from the health program.
  2. Attach the proof of payment (and any additional documents according to the type of program).
  3. Send the application by email, data box, or post; or deliver in person (per ZPŠ options).
  4. Provide your bank details — reimbursement is made only by bank transfer to an account.
