STOP Skin Cancer — targeted dermatoscopic examination / SkinVision (free or voucher)

The STOP Skin Cancer program is available to children and adults with no age limit. The examination can be performed free of charge at contracted providers, or through a voucher/contribution of up to CZK 800 when paid at your own provider. Since September 2024 the voucher can also be used for an online mole check via the SkinVision app; OZP clients are offered one year of unlimited use of the app free of charge.

STOP Breast Cancer — mammography/ultrasound (free or voucher)

The STOP Breast Cancer program is intended for women from age 40 until the day before turning 45 who have not undergone the examination on medical indication. The preventive check can be performed free of charge at selected providers or via a voucher/contribution of up to CZK 1,200 when paid at your own provider.

STOP Colorectal Cancer — test (free or voucher)

The STOP Colorectal Cancer program is intended for OZP policyholders aged 40–44. The examination can be performed free of charge or with a voucher/contribution of up to CZK 500. From age 45, according to OZP, the examination is part of the preventive check-up covered by public health insurance.

STOP Prostate Cancer — PSA test (free or voucher)

The STOP Prostate Cancer program is intended for men aged 40–49. The PSA test can be performed free of charge at partner sample-collection sites (SYNLAB, Lab In, CITYLAB, NL-BioLAB), or as a comprehensive examination at a provider with a voucher/contribution of up to CZK 1,200. From age 50, prostate screening is covered by public health insurance.

Vaccination voucher — up to CZK 1,000 (vaccinations not covered by public health insurance)

A special vaccination voucher of up to CZK 1,000 can be used for vaccinations not covered by public health insurance (except flu vaccination between 1 September and 31 December), including administration of the vaccine. The voucher is valid from 15 January to 30 November 2026. At the time of application, receipts must be no more than 3 months old; in January/February 2026, receipts from November/December 2025 can also be used (no more than 3 months old).
