Vaccination voucher — up to CZK 1,000 (vaccinations not covered by public health insurance)
A special vaccination voucher of up to CZK 1,000 can be used for vaccinations not covered by public health insurance (except flu vaccination between 1 September and 31 December), including administration of the vaccine. The voucher is valid from 15 January to 30 November 2026. At the time of application, receipts must be no more than 3 months old; in January/February 2026, receipts from November/December 2025 can also be used (no more than 3 months old).
Eligibility conditions
- Valid preventive check-up with a general practitioner (no older than 2 years)
- No outstanding insurance debt
- Claimed via the VITAKARTA portal or vouchers

- Pay for the vaccination and keep the proof of payment (you can include multiple receipts in one application).
- Submit the voucher in VITAKARTA (Benefits → Benefit catalog) or at an OZP branch office.
