Skin cancer prevention — pigmented mole examination
Contribution up to CZK 500 for a pigmented mole examination performed by a healthcare provider (e.g. dermatoscope, FotoFinder). Receipts must be submitted no later than 3 months from the date of issue; the 2026 receipt submission deadline is 30 November 2026.
Breast cancer prevention — mammography or ultrasound (if not covered by public health insurance)
Contribution up to CZK 500 for a mammography or breast ultrasound examination when not covered by public health insurance. The examination must be performed at an accredited screening center (non-accredited facilities are not reimbursed). The contribution cannot be used for AI-based evaluation/reading of mammography images. Receipts must be submitted within 3 months; the 2026 submission deadline is 30 November 2026.
Colorectal cancer prevention — examination at a provider (not covered by public health insurance)
Contribution up to CZK 500 for colorectal cancer prevention — an examination performed by a healthcare provider. Applies to methods not covered by public health insurance (e.g. Septin9). The contribution does not apply to home-use tests purchased at a pharmacy or to Hydrocolon irrigation. Receipts must be submitted within 3 months; the 2026 deadline is 30 November 2026.
Oncology prevention program — comprehensive oncology preventive check-up (selected facilities)
Contribution up to CZK 2,000 for a comprehensive oncology preventive check-up performed at selected specialized facilities (the list is part of the program). The check-up includes laboratory and other procedures; scope and price are set by each facility. Receipts must be submitted within 3 months; the 2026 deadline is 30 November 2026.
Vaccination — contribution for vaccines not covered by public health insurance
Contribution up to CZK 1,000 for vaccinations against infectious diseases not covered by public health insurance (provided for any dose/vaccine in the vaccination cycle). The contribution does not apply to co-payments for vaccines. Multiple receipts for the same type of vaccination can be combined; the most recent receipt must not be older than 3 months. Receipts must be submitted within 3 months; the 2026 deadline is 30 November 2026.
