Oncology prevention program — comprehensive oncology preventive check-up (selected facilities)
Contribution up to CZK 2,000 for a comprehensive oncology preventive check-up performed at selected specialized facilities (the list is part of the program). The check-up includes laboratory and other procedures; scope and price are set by each facility. Receipts must be submitted within 3 months; the 2026 deadline is 30 November 2026.
Eligibility conditions
- Valid preventive check-up with a general practitioner (no older than 2 years)
- No outstanding insurance debt
- In 2026 the number of programs conditional on a preventive check-up has been doubled
Jak čerpat
- Complete the check-up at one of the listed facilities and keep the proof of payment.
- Submit the application per the general rules for ČPZP prevention programs.
