Contribution up to CZK 500 with no age limit for a dermatoscopic mole examination (general practitioner / dermatologist / clinic / oncology center, etc.). Can be claimed once per year.

Contribution up to CZK 500 for policyholders aged 18+ for a breast ultrasound (sonography), which must be performed exclusively at an accredited mammography screening center. It is not available to those whose examination is covered by public health insurance and who are under follow-up care for a breast condition. Can be claimed once per year.

Contribution up to CZK 3,000 for policyholders aged 35+ for a comprehensive oncology check-up at a Comprehensive Cancer Center (KOC), no referral from a general practitioner required. The claim is submitted after the full cost of the examination has been paid.

Contribution for HPV vaccination from the VZP prevention fund. VZP lists a contribution of up to CZK 1,500 for HPV vaccination for those who pay for the vaccination as self-pay patients (outside of the vaccination fully covered by public health insurance).

Reward for adults over 18: up to CZK 2,000 for spa-type rehabilitation and reconditioning activities that are not covered by public health insurance. The condition is completion of a preventive screening examination (under VZP conditions). The contribution can be split into no more than two claims per year.
