CZK 2,000 for rehabilitation and reconditioning activities (reward for screening)

Reward for adults over 18: up to CZK 2,000 for spa-type rehabilitation and reconditioning activities that are not covered by public health insurance. The condition is completion of a preventive screening examination (under VZP conditions). The contribution can be split into no more than two claims per year.

Eligibility conditions

  • Valid preventive check-up with a general practitioner (no older than 2 years)
  • No outstanding insurance debt
  • Application: electronically via Moje VZP (1 February – 31 December) or in person / by post (1 January – 30 November)
