Wig during cancer treatment / alopecia

Contribution up to CZK 1,000 once per year for a wig, available to policyholders who have undergone or are undergoing cancer treatment, or who have been diagnosed with autoimmune alopecia. Proof of payment for the wig and a signed declaration about the indicated treatment/diagnosis (VoZP form) are required.

Eligibility conditions

  • Valid preventive check-up with a general practitioner (not older than 2 years)
  • No outstanding insurance debt
  • Application via the Zdraví na klik portal or at a branch office
